Young Choreographers Take the Stage at Lehman College

Support the next generation of New York City’s dance artists at the Young Dancemakers Company performance at Lehman College. The free concert features original works created and performed by talented NYC teens during the company’s tuition-free summer program, accompanied by original music and live percussion. Audiences will also see Seasonal Fire, a celebrated work by choreographer Milton Myers that has been restaged as a tribute to the Horton technique.

Following the performance, guests are invited to participate in an interactive dance-making workshop and stay for a Q&A with the company. The family-friendly event is recommended for all ages, but advance registration is encouraged.
