For the inquisitive young reader interested in a carefully chosen, purposefully varied collection of books, we have a YA Book Group. Micah’s Young Adult Book Group talks about Sandra Cisneros’ The House on Mango Street. Pizza is served!The YA Book Group, run by Greenlight bookseller Micah, is a place for the inquisitive young reader who wants a carefully chosen, purposefully wide range of books. Of course, literature is the main focus of this book club, but YABG is also about building our own community and relationships, so if you think this sounds like fun, come join us! Note: Readers 13 years of age and older are the target audience for the Young Adult Book Group. The House on Mango Street, a coming-of-age classic about a young girl growing up in Chicago written by Sandra Cisneros, the 2025 Ivan Sandrof Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, will mark the group’s September comeback.
