NYH VAMC Women’s Health Program’s Family Field Day and Backpack Give Away

Come enjoy activities, entertainment, and complimentary school-age children’s bags filled with essentials at NYH VAMC Women’s Health Family Field Day! Come to the Family Field Day and Backpack Giveaway hosted by the NYH VAMC Women’s Health Program!The NYH VAMC Women’s Health Program is hosting an exciting Family Field  Day for veterans and their families! Numerous organizations and community partners that offer services to you and your family will be present. Throughout the event, they will have tables with information about their services and resources. Play games, engage in hobbies, and spend time with your loved ones.

In order to assist our Veteran community, we are also holding a Backpack Give Away. If you bring your school-age children (Pre-K through High School) to the event, they will receive a free backpack filled with necessities for the upcoming school year! It’s the ideal day to network, enjoy yourself, and acquire knowledge and resources. Don’t pass it up! It is necessary to register.  Each child may only have one (1) backpack. To obtain the complimentary backpack, the child must be present.
