Heirloom fruit from Van Aken’s large public art piece on Governors Island, The Open Orchard, will be used in dishes prepared by Sam Van Aken. Since there isn’t any sitting available at The Open Orchard, we advise bringing a picnic blanket or camping chair. sitting is first come, first served.
