About SPARCS: Since February 2023, 3×3 has been developing and launching co-designed park-based programs in four New York City parks in partnership with Partnerships for Parks and CUNY’s Center for Systems and Community Design (CSCD). This project investigates how parks might act as stimulants to enhance the physical and emotional health of locals.
