Nature lovers, inquisitive minds, and science explorers, unite! Come enjoy an amazing, interactive Science Day centered around insects! Experience the excitement of a live insect release, get up close and personal with live, cute crawlies, and let your creativity run wild with entertaining crafts inspired by bugs! The fascinating documentary “The Extraordinary Caterpillar” (from Homegrown National Park) will help us better comprehend these frequently underappreciated creatures. This film explores the hidden lives of nature’s “tiniest superheroes” thru astounding close-up macro photography, demonstrating how these odd, vibrant, and imaginative tiny animals truly keep our planet alive and what we can do to save them.
