Celebrate Black Culture at the 57th Annual African American Day Parade

Join one of the nation’s largest celebrations of African American culture as the 57th Annual African American Day Parade returns to Harlem. For more than five decades, the parade has brought together marching bands, community organizations, performers, civic leaders, fraternities and sororities, local businesses, and thousands of spectators to celebrate Black history, culture, and achievement. This year’s theme is “Good Businesses Sustain Our Future!” 

The parade travels along the historic Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, the heart of Harlem and a landmark of the Harlem Renaissance. Whether you’re coming to enjoy the colorful floats, live performances, or support local organizations and businesses, the event offers a full day of community pride and celebration for all ages.
